THE NERD
The Nerd”, by Larry Shue, is one of the funniest plays of the 20th
century.  Shue brings to light, the dilemma of a young architect, Willum
Cubbert (Christopher Kapsalis), who is paid a visit by Rick Steadman
(Kevin Boze), whom he never met, but saved his life in Viet Nam.  Our
guy Steadman, is a bungling fool.  In today's lingo, a nerd and turns out
to be the dreaded 'visitor who never leaves'. Events progress to the
point where our usually passive Willum, ponders the use of violence but
instead, takes the higher road.  Madness without the mayhem, this
show has a topsy-turvy ending.  Axel Hammond is portrayed by Jerry
Vorhies; Tansy McGinnis/Sarah Larson; Warnock Waldave/Tami Lynn
    and Thor Walgrave/Tyler Call.
